Overview
The use of the site is restricted to people over 18 years of age. By registering, the user declares to be 18 years of age or older.
The content of the profiles is the sole responsibility of the user. Loveg reserves the right to remove profiles or excerpts that violate these terms or that receive well-founded complaints.
The creation of false or corporate profiles is not permitted, even if managed by individuals.
By registering, the user authorizes the sending of communications by email. This option can be disabled in the account settings.
The site may display advertisements, which may be changed or removed without prior notice.
Conduct
The user undertakes to act with respect and responsibility. It is prohibited, among other conducts:
- Publish or share content related to child pornography, hatred, racism, homophobia, sexism, speciesism, violence, or discrimination in general;
- Harass, threaten, or embarrass other users;
- Publish nudity or advocate the use of illicit drugs;
- Attempt to damage or interfere with the operation of the site;
- Post photos without the user being visibly identified (e.g., photos of only objects, animals, landscapes, etc.);
- Provide false or third-party information;
- Attempt to access or pass on information from other users without authorization;
- Use the platform for commercial purposes or dissemination of external groups;
- Request money or goods from other users;
- Help third parties to violate any of these rules.
Access Data
The user must keep their password and email confidential. They are responsible for any activity carried out with their credentials. In case of misuse or suspicion of unauthorized access, the user must notify us immediately.
Maintenance and Changes
Loveg may modify, suspend, or terminate platform features at any time, with or without prior notice.
Suspension and Termination
Access to the service may be suspended or canceled at any time in case of violation of these terms, without the need for prior notice.
Voluntary Closure
The user can deactivate their account at any time in the settings. The profile will be hidden, but the data will remain stored, in case you wish to return in the future.
Updates
These terms may be updated at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the most recent version.
Declarations and Responsibilities
The user declares that:
- Has the legal authority to accept these terms;
- Is not violating copyrights, trademarks, or any third-party rights by using the service;
- Assumes full responsibility for the consequences of their interaction on the platform;
- Is responsible for all content they publish or share.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of São Paulo.
